Supervision & Consultation for
Therapists and Mental Performance Consultants

Collaborative Support for Complex Clinical Work

Providing therapy to high-achieving, complex clients can be deeply rewarding - and uniquely challenging. I offer thoughtful, personalized supervision and consultation to support clinicians in their clinical growth, professional development, and overall well-being.

Whether you're seeking support with a tough case, treating eating disorders, or working with high-performing clients, I offer practical, grounded guidance rooted in CBT, DBT, ACT, and years of clinical experience.

I offer ongoing or one-time supervision and consultation to licensed psychologists, licensed psychological associates, and licensed clinical mental health counselors.

Additionally, I offer mentorship hours toward your Mental Performance Consultant Certification through the
Association for Applied Sport Psychology.

I use a developmental model of supervision - one that emphasizes the supervisee’s current stage of personal and professional development and supports their growth toward the next stage. My goal is to provide individualized guidance based on your needs, experience level, and goals.
